![]() Really the GC version is my primary recommendation if any because it's reliably 60fps, it's the ONLY one with the Game Gear games IIRC (and all of them to boot, including the first ever localized Tails Sky Patrol and Sonic Drift 1), and visually it's better anyway, since you don't even get it in proper HD, but the PS360 version is probably "cleaner" by default with it being played "natively" on an HD platform if that makes sense. I don't recommend it if you have the GC version. Not to be confused with a variable framerate (which the GC had while targeting and most of the time reaching 60fps). ![]() Like there was some weird frameskipping or pauses. Plus the water looked worse, having a weird purple look to it?īut the worst was the odd stutter I found in it. Also the lighting was awkward where the gloss was more pronounced to an absurd degree than the GC version. Most notable was that it was 4:3 only (with a weird blue boarder to make it "widescreen") and supposedly it only ran at a native 480p. From having 100% the GC version I can definitely make some comparisons. I've only played Sonic Adventure on PS3 of the lot.
